- a full consultation to discuss every apsect of your tower (shape of tower, size of cupcakes and flavours, colours of cake cases, top tier cakes, colours for icings and much more)
- *A presentation CD containing a full range of images** (cases, decorations, icings styles, etc) which match the criteria you have set for your tower will be sent out to you for you to make your selections from.
- An excellent customer service ensures you are kept fully informed at all steps of the preparation
- Friendly approachable Cake Designer ensures all your ideas, wishes, requirements and wants are met whereever possible.
- With top tier displays sourced specifically for your occasion/requirements including Brides, Grooms, Numerals, Gem Displays, Ornaments - many of our partners offer a bespoke service to ensure you receive a fully unique tower
- Please inform us of any/all allergies and intolerances as soon as possible so that we can advise you of the most suitable flavours for adaptability to your requirements (vegetarian, glucose, lactose intolerant, etc).
*NB: this is only possible where more than 6 weeks notice has been provided. When there is less notice, images will be emailed.
