The basic party price of £70.00 includes all the equipment and ingredients for 6 children and 1 recipe. If you would like to have more children OR the children would like to do 2 or more recipes then please add these extra charges to the party price:
- Each extra child = £7.00
- Each extra recipe = £20.00 (enough for the first 6 children)
For example 8 children doing 2 recipes = £118.00 (£70 + £20 + 4 x £7) or 10 children doing 1 recipe = £98.00 (£70 + 4 x £7).
The extra travelling charge for "Out of Area" places will be £10.00 for distances over 10 miles up to 25 miles from Carlisle. I am happy to travel up to a distance of 50 miles from Carlisle - which should please a lot of budding chefs out there! - the Out of Area charge for distances over 25 miles from Carlisle is £20.00.
Parties should be paid for in full for the first 6 children 2 weeks before the party. 3 days before the party, i will contact you to confirm numbers attending. All additional costs should be paid for at the party if you do not wish to use the Paypal facility. No refunds will be made for absent children on the day of the party - this is because I will have already purchased all the necessary ingredients and decorative items for the confirmed number of children.
In the event of a cancellation on your part, a full 5 days notice must be given for a 100% refund. Any later than that and i will have purchased the ingredients and equipment for your child's party. Therefore only 50% of the cost will be refunded as there are no guarantees that i will be able to use the ingredients at another party.
